印度海關今年一季度加大了入境貨物審查力度，多家向印度出口化學品的企業因為未取得BIS強制認證證書被扣留。

在此總結了最新的BIS強制認證化學品清單及它們的執行時間(截至2023年3月)。凡列入強制認證的產品，都需獲得印度標準局(BIS)認證後才能進入印度市場。隨著疫情防控的取消，強制認證執行日期延期的可能性降低，預計監管也會加強。建議相關企業提前做好應對準備，預留充足時間進行資料收集、產品檢測及工廠審核。
